Anderson North LLC was built after being ripped off by a contractor in Maine who took payment to begin work on a property while little to no progress was ever made. That experience pushed owner Ashley Anderson to learn the building process firsthand and create a more transparent path forward for others.
Today, Anderson North works alongside experienced Amish builders to fabricate practical structural cabin kits designed for real-world use, honest expectations, and straightforward construction.

Too many people end up dealing with rushed work, janky handymen, unclear pricing, and projects that never move forward. Anderson North was created to offer a simpler and more trustworthy starting point people can build from with confidence.

01 Choose Your Cabin Model
Six models. Two tiers. One straightforward process. Standard models start at $14,745 and are designed for practical off-grid and rural use. Premium models start at $28,500 and offer upgraded layouts, architectural styling, and enhanced structural packages. Review the full specifications before you commit so you know exactly what you are getting.
02 Submit A Simple Inquiry
Not sure where to start? Submit a simple inquiry with your cabin model of interest and your general location. Anderson North LLC will follow up by email to discuss availability, shipping, payment options, and next steps.
03 Review Full Specifications
Every cabin kit is sold as a panelized structural shell — not a finished dwelling, not a turnkey home, and not a construction service. Anderson North LLC does not provide stamped engineering drawings or code compliance certification. Buyers are responsible for all local permitting, zoning, site preparation, assembly, and code enforcement requirements. Read the full specifications so you are fully prepared before you purchase.
04 Choose Your Payment Option
Anderson North LLC offers three ways to purchase your cabin kit.
Option 1 — Pay in Full: Pay the full cabin price at checkout. Once payment has been received and cleared, your cabin kit enters production and is scheduled for delivery upon completion.
Option 2 — Preparation Layaway Program: Reserve your cabin kit with a non-refundable Production Reservation Payment equal to 25% of the cabin price. Pay the remaining balance at your own pace within your model's payment window. No interest is charged, and production begins only after the full balance has been received and cleared.
Option 3 — Third-Party Bank Financing: Anderson North LLC is exploring partnerships with third-party lenders for customers who prefer traditional financing. More information will be announced when this option becomes available.
All payments made toward your cabin kit are non-refundable. Freight shipping costs are billed separately and are not included in the cabin kit price.
05 Reserve Your Cabin Kit
Once your payment option has been selected, your order can move forward. Customers paying in full may proceed directly into production after payment clears. Customers using the Preparation Layaway Program reserve their cabin kit by submitting the required non-refundable Production Reservation Payment. Payment links are securely sent through QuickBooks.
Before submitting payment, carefully review your selected model, the Frequently Asked Questions, and the Terms of Service so you understand exactly what is included with your cabin kit and your responsibilities after purchase.
06 Complete Your Payments
Customers participating in the Preparation Layaway Program may make payments in any amount at any time until the remaining balance has been paid in full. Standard Models must be paid in full within 6 months of the Production Reservation Payment, Premium Models within 12 months, and SHELTRIX within 18 months.
Production begins only after the full balance has been received and cleared. Once production is complete, your cabin kit will be scheduled for shipment. If the remaining balance is not completed within the applicable payment window, the reservation expires and all payments made remain non-refundable.
07 Delivery To Your Location
Your flat-packed structural shell cabin kit is prepared, palletized, and shipped directly to your property or designated delivery location once production is complete and all payment requirements have been satisfied. Freight shipping costs are billed directly by the carrier and are not included in the cabin kit price. Customers are responsible for unloading equipment and site accessibility upon delivery.
