Our Commitment
SMALL CREW.
CLEAR PROCESS.
REAL WORK.
Anderson North LLC was created after owner Ashley Anderson experienced firsthand how costly unclear expectations, poor communication, and unfinished work can become.
Instead of accepting that experience as normal, Ashley began learning the building process herself and developing a more transparent way for people to purchase structural cabin kits.
Today, Anderson North works with experienced Amish builders to fabricate practical, panelized cabin shell kits with clearly defined materials, straightforward pricing, and realistic expectations from the beginning.
“We are not trying to operate like a massive factory. Our hands-on approach allows us to pay attention to the details, communicate clearly, and make sure customers understand exactly what they are purchasing before they place a deposit.”
— Ashley Anderson, Founder
Our commitment is simple: explain what is included, be honest about what is not included, and give customers a dependable structural starting point they can build from with confidence.

How It Works
CHOOSE YOUR CABIN.
UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS.
Compare the cabin models, understand what your structural shell includes, choose a payment path, and prepare for production and delivery.
01 Compare the Cabin Models Review the available models, prices, dimensions, and features.
Choose from six cabin models across Standard and Premium tiers. Standard cabin kits start at $14,745 and are designed for practical rural and off-grid projects.
Premium models start at $28,500 and offer larger layouts, distinctive architectural designs, and upgraded structural packages.
Compare each model’s dimensions, price, materials, and full specifications before deciding which option fits your property.
Compare Cabin Kits02 Submit a Simple Inquiry Tell us which cabin interests you and where your property is located.
Once you have identified a model that interests you, submit a simple inquiry with the cabin model and the general location of your property.
Anderson North LLC will follow up by email to discuss current availability, payment options, freight considerations, and the next steps for your project.
An inquiry begins the conversation. It does not obligate you to purchase a cabin kit.
03 Understand What You Are Buying Every kit is a panelized structural shell—not a finished home.
Every Anderson North cabin kit is sold as a panelized structural shell. It is not a completed dwelling, turnkey home, or on-site construction service.
Buyers are responsible for local zoning, permits, site preparation, foundations, cabin assembly, utilities, insulation, interior and exterior finishing, and local code requirements.
Anderson North LLC does not provide stamped engineering drawings or guarantee approval by a local building or code enforcement office.
Review the model specifications, Frequently Asked Questions, and Terms of Service before making a payment.
04 Choose Your Payment Option Pay in full or use the no-interest Preparation Layaway Program.
Anderson North LLC currently offers two active ways to purchase a cabin kit.
Anderson North LLC is exploring partnerships with outside lenders. Traditional bank financing is not currently available through Anderson North.
All cabin-kit payments are non-refundable. Freight shipping is billed separately and is not included in the advertised cabin-kit price.
05 Reserve Your Cabin Kit Confirm your model and receive a secure QuickBooks payment link.
After selecting your cabin model and payment option, Anderson North LLC will provide the appropriate payment information through a secure QuickBooks payment link.
Customers using the Preparation Layaway Program reserve their selected model by submitting the required non-refundable 25% Production Reservation Payment.
Customers paying in full may submit the complete purchase amount and proceed toward production once the payment has cleared.
Confirm the cabin model, price, included materials, Terms of Service, and buyer responsibilities before submitting payment.
06 Complete Your Balance Layaway customers may make payments in flexible amounts.
Customers participating in the Preparation Layaway Program may submit payments in different amounts and at different times until the cabin-kit balance has been paid in full.
Production does not begin until the entire cabin-kit balance has been received and cleared.
If the remaining balance is not completed within the payment period assigned to the model, the reservation expires and previous payments remain non-refundable.
Contact Anderson North before reserving a cabin if you need clarification about payment deadlines.
07 Production and Delivery Your structural shell is prepared, palletized, and shipped.
After the full cabin-kit balance has been received and cleared, your cabin kit enters production.
Once production is complete, the panelized structural shell components are prepared, palletized, and scheduled for freight shipment to your property or approved delivery location.
Freight charges are billed separately by the carrier and are not included in the cabin-kit price.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and for arranging the equipment and assistance required to unload the shipment.
Review the delivery requirements and prepare your property before the scheduled shipment date.
